The exportation of the following categories of goods is strictly prohibited:

Obscene materials: Pornographic or obscene media in any format.

Narcotic substances: Illegal drugs and controlled substances.

Firearms and weapons: All types of firearms, ammunition, and weapons.

Explosives: Fireworks, firecrackers, and other explosive materials.

Protected wildlife: All wild animals and derived products.

Cultural artifacts: Items of historical or cultural significance.

Monetary instruments: Cash, banknotes, checks, and financial instruments.

Perishable foodstuffs: Fresh food and items requiring temperature control.

Hazardous chemicals: Pesticides, herbicides, and dangerous chemicals.

Dangerous goods: Flammable, explosive, or otherwise hazardous materials.

The exportation of counterfeit goods is strictly prohibited. Counterfeit goods are defined as products that imitate goods protected by copyright without the express authorization of the copyright holder.

The following categories of goods necessitate an export license:

  • Siamese Rosewood (Phayung) timber, including logs, sawn wood, and certain types of roundwood.
  • Armaments and munitions.
  • Artifacts crafted from wood, as well as charcoal.

  1. Personal Delivery: You are welcome to bring your items directly to our receiving point at any of our branches.
  2. Domestic Courier Service: You may utilize any domestic courier service to collect your items and deliver them to our company.
  3. Pickup Service: We offer a pickup service where we can collect your items directly from your doorstep.

To ensure your package arrives safely when shipping internationally, follow these packaging steps:

Choose the right box:

  • The box should be strong, durable, and the right size for your items.
  • Make sure it can handle the weight of everything inside.

Cushion your items:

  • Wrap each item with bubble wrap or other protective materials.
  • Fill any empty spaces in the box with cushioning to prevent movement.

Seal the box securely:

  • Close the box tightly and use packing tape to seal all edges and seams.
  • Reinforce the corners with extra tape for added strength.

Label clearly:

  • Attach a label with the sender’s and recipient’s names, full addresses, phone numbers, and postal codes.
  • Make sure the writing is clear and easy to read.

In the event that a parcel experiences a delay beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, customers are advised to take the following steps:

  1. Track Parcel Status: Customers may independently monitor the progress of their parcel through the RNP Express website or mobile application by utilizing the provided tracking number.

Important Notice:

Please be advised that delivery times may occasionally exceed the standard timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances, including adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, public holidays, and customs inspections.

In the unfortunate event that your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, RNP Express requests that you follow these procedures:

Reporting Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • Please notify RNP Express within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Kindly provide the sender’s and recipient’s information, along with the package’s tracking number.
  • Please include a detailed description of the package and its contents.

Required Documentation:

  • A copy of the purchase receipt.
  • The shipping label.
  • In the case of damaged goods, clear photographs of the damage.

Upon receipt of your notification and supporting documents, RNP Express will initiate a thorough investigation and take appropriate action.

Important Note: RNP Express will compensate for losses or damages in accordance with our established terms and conditions.

Package Inspection:

We kindly request that you inspect your package upon delivery before signing for it. Should you discover any damage, please immediately inform the delivery personnel and notify RNP Express.
